These three views show the trestle that is still standing on the western shore of
Discovery Bay, next to the old mill. (1/22/08)
These two photos show the remains of a locomotive and the cabooses now being used as a
restaurant . As you can see, the trucks have been removed on all of the equipment. This
location is just a little bit south of the Maynard Mill. (1/22/08)

Discovery Bay Railroad
The Joyce Depot is the only passenger station left on the line and is today used as a small museum. Also,
note that it is a log station. (6/30/07)
The old freight depot/ Seattle & North Coast Railroad depot sitting in Port Angeles. Today it
is used as a hobby shop and has photos inside of the days when it was a depot, as well as
the railroad. (8/20/05)
The main grain elevator in Sequim still stands showing where the old rail yards used to be.
This is "the old mill on Discovery Bay". It has been the subject of paintings and
art photographs for several years as it slowly deteriorated into the water. This
site was wiped clean in the DNR's purge of historical sites in the area in
2009.(01/12/08)
